By accessing or using Treinrr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Treinrr.

2. Description of Service

Treinrr is an AI-powered personal training application that provides workout tracking, AI coaching assistance, social fitness features, coach integration, and related services. The Service is available via web browser and mobile applications for iOS and Android.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• Maintain only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all associated accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users through the social features or any other part of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application or its underlying technology.
• Misuse AI features, including attempting to manipulate the AI assistant to produce harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Subscription and Billing

Treinrr offers a free tier with core functionality. A Pro subscription is available for access to advanced features and is billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the app store through which you subscribed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with Treinrr are the intellectual property of Treinrr and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. User-generated content (such as workout posts, comments, and profile information) remains the property of the user, but by posting it on the Service, you grant Treinrr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform.

7. Health Disclaimer

Treinrr is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

The AI coaching recommendations, workout suggestions, and any other health-related information provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program or making changes to your fitness routine. You use the Service and follow any recommendations entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Treinrr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Treinrr in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Treinrr after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
