How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and tap "Forgot password." You will receive a reset link via email within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact us at support@treinrr.com.
Can I export my workout data?
Yes. You can export your full workout history as a CSV file from Settings > Data & Privacy. All your sets, reps, weights, and personal records are included.
How do I connect with a coach?
Your coach will send you an invite link or code. Open it on the device where Treinrr is installed, and the connection is established instantly. You can also enter the code manually from Settings > Coach.
